A HUDDERSFIELD casino employee has been nominated for a top award to mark Rank’s 75th anniversary.
Robert Harwood, who works for Grosvenor Casino in Huddersfield, is one of just 75 Rank Group members nominated for the award.
Mr Harwood, who is administrator at the club, received his nomination for his fundraising.
He attended a celebratory lunch at Pinewood Studios on Tuesday.
John Fordham, Grosvenor’s Huddersfield manager, said: “John is a great ambassador for our club and for Grosvenor generally. He represents all that is best in customer service and warm hospitality and really deserves to have been shortlisted.
“Rob’s continuous fundraising efforts are an inspiration to us all.”
