THE first of three rag-rugging sessions starts at the Tolson Museum, Moldgreen, on May 8.
Textile artist Maureen Green will show beginners how to create a bag from plastics and other materials using the proud and hook technique.
To add a sunny summertime touch, the bags will be decorated with flowers and beads.
The workshop costs £25, including materials and lunch, and lasts from 10am to 4pm.
