Fishy delight

Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich on brown bread with low-fat mayo.

Turkey treat

Turkey, low-fat cream cheese and salad in a granary baguette.

Plus small low-fat fruit yoghurt, grapes, dried apricots and unsweetened apple juice carton.

Go bananas
