A CLUB’S licence review has been delayed because the owner is unwell.
Kirklees Council’s Licensing Panel were due to rule on Ran X on Chapel Hill yesterday.
But the hearing had to be adjourned because the club’s owner Roy Noel is in hospital.
Police requested the review last month over concerns that the club was not employing properly-trained door staff or using working CCTV cameras.
Mr Noel denied both allegations at the time.
