CHARITY football and snooker matches are to be held in memory of two men who lost their battles with cancer.
Christopher Yull, himself a prolific fundraiser, passed away in June last year while Roger Berry died five years ago.
The charity football tournament is on Saturday, September 26, at Soccer City, Waterloo, from 11am.
The snooker semi-finals are on Sunday, September 27, from 1pm at Kirkheaton Liberal Club.
The snooker final and presentation evening with raffle and race night will be on Sunday October 17 from 3pm. Funds raised will go to Macmillan Nurses and St James’s Hospital.
