A CHARITY shop today pleaded: Help to stock our shelves.
The British Heart Foundation shop in Huddersfield is urging people to hunt through their homes for goods which are high up on the list of most-wanted donations.
The shop, at 99 New Street, is urgently appealing to the public for donations of good-quality clothing, accessories, handbags, shoes, books, records, DVDs, CDs and bric-a-brac.
Area manager Julie Clegg said: "We're urging local communities to join the hunt for our most- wanted donation items, in return for the reward of saving lives."
BHF shops also need volunteers. They can offer a wide range of volunteering opportunities, including sorting and pricing stock, window dressing and being sales assistants.
