STAR student Charlotte Laval has won an award for her academic achievements at Huddersfield University.
Charlotte, who is studying for a BSc degree in European Logistics Management, has been named the most outstanding second year student on her course. For her achievement, she has been given an award by national company NYK Logistics UK Ltd.
Charlotte received book tokens and a framed certificate recognising her hard work, commitment and enthusiasm.
The presentation was made at the Land Rover plant in Solihull, where NYK is responsible for supplying components.
Julie Nicholls, training and development manager at NYK, said: “We are delighted to support Huddersfield’s leading logistics courses and congratulate Charlotte on her achievements. We wish her all the best for what will undoubtedly be a successful career.”
As well as studying in the UK, Charlotte has travelled to Hong Kong on a student exchange and is currently on placement with a logistics company.
