NEW covered areas have opened doors for children at a Dewsbury day nursery.
Come rain or shine the children and staff of Childs Play Day Nursery can now ‘play out’ after four canopies were installed.
“The children love being outdoors, in fact we were surprised at how much they loved the sound of the rain,” said owner Lynda Quigley.
The new canopies allow children to be outside in the fresh air, protecting them from the rain and harmful UV rays of the sun yet still allowing the natural daylight to come through.
The canopies were designed, manufactured and installed by Able Canopies, which provides a specialist service for many educational establishments.
Child’s Play Day Nursery has been based in the newly refurbished St Matthew’s Church Hall, Thornhill Road for10 years.
