A ROBBER with a chip in his front teeth is being hunted after a street robbery.

A 16-year-old Shelley youth was robbed of his mobile phone when he was punched near the taxi rank outside Huddersfield bus station just after 5pm on Monday.

A woman came to help him and police have urged her to come forward, along with any other witnesses.

Officers arrested a 16-year-old Cowlersley youth early yesterday in connection with the robbery.

But they are still hunting another youth, who is described as Asian, aged about 17 and with wavy, gelled hair.

He was wearing a silver chain round his neck, a dark tracksuit and white trainers.

He has a chip in his top front teeth.

Anyone who knows who he is should phone Pc Lee Boswell at Huddersfield CID on 01484 436776.
