A WOMAN has been fined after stealing wine from a supermarket.
Sarah Healey, of Holmfield Close, Clayton West, appeared before Huddersfield Magistrates yesterday.
The court heard that Healey, 27, stole five bottles of wine from the 24-hour Asda in Huddersfield on February 12.
A security officer watched her put the bottles in her bag and then duck under a till barrier to leave the supermarket at 3am.
Healey pleaded guilty to the theft. She had been drunk and had a drinking problem.
Magistrates ordered her to pay £180, which included court costs and a victim surcharge.
