FANCY a giggle with the girls? Then the latest play at the Square Chapel in Halifax could be right up your street.
Mutton – Freshly Dressed! is coming to Square Chapel next Saturday, March 13.
The whole Mutton concept was successfully premiered at the Edinburgh Festival, leading to four UK tours.
It poses that question. Just what do women do when their “babies” flee the nest for university, work or horror of horrors, their own family? Well for the Mutton girls, feeling helpless, abandoned and with time on their hands, it was simple – write a comedy show full of their own experiences and those of their friends, the joys, trials, anguishes, confusions and ways of coping with life.
Jean Heard, Donna Flinn and Julia Munrow return with the quick fire comedy sketch production.
