A COLNE Valley company celebrated 10 years in business with a trip to the Grand National today.

Slaithwaite firm Clay Construction laid on a fleet of four limousines to take key customers and staff to Aintree.

The trip was organised by company boss Gary Clay.

Guests included retired director Graham Kilburn, who set up the firm with Mr Clay.

Mr Clay said: "It was a `thank you' to people who have given us business over the past 10 years and to key members of staff."

The company carries out commercial building projects and has annual sales of £1.5m.

Recent contracts have included building a doctors' surgery in Moldgreen and a car showroom in Ossett.
