WE want to talk to these women after a gang stole items from a shop in Milnsbridge.

The quartet, captured on CCTV, are being sought for questioning in connection with the theft of a small amount of food and drink from Scar Lane service station

At about 2.40pm on September 13, a number of women walked into the store, put some goods in their clothes but paid for others and then left.

The same women returned a short time later, put some items in a black shopping bag, paid for some others and walked out before driving off.

About £30 of food and alcopops were taken in total.

If you recognise them, please contact Pc Kirsty Wright via 0845 6060606 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.

We also need your help with our investigation into a theft of power tools from a van outside a DIY shop.

A blue Citroen van was in the B&Q car park on Bradley Mills Road between 5pm and 5.30pm on Monday, October 12, when it was broken into.

The thieves stole a Metabo 240-volt battery-powered drill in a green plastic carry case, a Metabo 240-volt electric drill in green plastic carry case, a Metabo wall chaser for removing plaster from walls, a Stihl saw and various hand tools.

If you have been offered these tools, please be aware that they may be stolen goods.

We know that the car park is very busy at this time every day and are appealing to anybody who may have witnessed the offence or saw something suspicious to come forward.

Please call Pc Nicola Sharpe via 0845 6060606 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
