A COUPLE badly hurt in a car crash are recovering at home.
A 49-year-old man from Deighton has had two operations on his dislocated and broken right foot after his Ford Mondeo was in an accident with a Ford Fiesta.
The crash happened when the Mondeo was going up Woodhouse Hill, Fartown, at 6.15pm on Friday, October 29.
The man was in Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for a week but has now been allowed home.
His 42-year-old wife suffered a fractured sternum and was detained in hospital overnight.
Their 17-year-old son suffered whiplash and a slight back injury.
