TWO new short courses will help people delve into the past.

Medieval stained glass is the topic coming under scrutiny at Huddersfield Library.

The 10-week course will run from 7pm to 9pm on Tuesdays from June 7.

At Brighouse Library, beginners will get a start in researching their family trees.

The classes will be held from 10.15am to 12.15pm on Wednesdays, starting on June 8, and last seven weeks.

Both courses are run by the Workers' Educational Association.

The cost is £28 or £22 for retired people over 60. Those on income- related benefits or low pay will pay only a token joining fee.
