A TRAINEE pilot who died when the helicopter he was flying crashed in a North Lincolnshire field was on his fourth solo flight, the aircraft’s owner has said.
Kim Carter, 54, of Bradford, was the only person in the Robinson R22 helicopter when it came down near the M180 motorway, near Sandtoft, on Saturday afternoon.
