A man was taken to hospital after his car collided with a wall in Crosland Moor.
The driver of a black Peugeot crashed into a wall on Blackmoorfoot Road, near to the Sands Public House, at 8.45am on Thursday morning.
A spokeswoman for West Yorkshire Police said he was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for a check-up.
The road was not closed but the area was heavily congested as emergency services worked to clear the scene.
