Dalton fall man may have suffered epileptic seizure while on ladder

A MAN died from a fall while helping a friend carry out guttering work, an inquest heard.

Anthony McGavin, 53, of Dalton, died on August 20 after sustaining severe chest and head injuries from a fall outside a house in Mount, Huddersfield Coroner’s Court was told.

Recording a verdict of a accidental death, Coroner Roger Whittaker said Mr McGavin, who had epilepsy, may have had a seizure while on the ladder.
