A Deighton man has appeared in court accused of an attack on his partner.
Daniel Ammon, of Warrenside in Deighton , was before Kirklees Magistrates’ Court .
He denies a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The alleged attack happened at his home on May 8.
The 51-year-old’s trial will be held on July 13.
