A Primrose Hill man was arrested on suspicion of breaching his court bail conditions.

Darren McGinn, of Greenwood Street, appeared at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court in custody.

The 35-year-old faces sentencing after pleading guilty to an offence of theft from a person.

In the meantime his bail conditions include residence and a curfew.

McGinn was arrested after allegedly being out past his curfew hours.

However, District Judge Michael Fanning heard that police were not aware that his curfew start time had been changed from 7pm to 9pm.

Judge Fanning released McGinn on the same bail conditions as previously.
