DANCE music fans partied in the name of charity to raise funds for the Kirkwood Hospice.
The Dawn Chorus dance night – normally held at the Flying Circus bar in Huddersfield – moved location to the car park of the Yorkshire Volunteer at Mirfield for the day.
The special day-time charity event on May 3, featured dance DJs and other entertainment, including a rodeo bull ride.
Money raised from ticket sales totalled more than £750.
Dawn Chorus organisers put in a further £300 to bring the total up to more than £1,000.
