A MAN charged with robbing a Huddersfield bus driver has died of a brain tumour in prison.
Joseph Cummings, 41, of Riddings Close, Sheepridge, was remanded to Armley jail in Leeds after appearing at Bradford Magistrates' Court in December.
Cummings was charged with robbing a First bus driver of £75.
A spokesman for the Home Office said Cummings died of natural causes last Friday at the Leeds General Infirmary.
