THE results of a post-mortem on a missing teenage found dead may be known next week.

James Dollery, 17, vanished after leaving his Waterloo home to meet friends on November 19 last year.

They all went their separate ways at about 9.30pm, but James never returned to his home on Sunnymead.

His body was found at the bottom of a banking behind Tandem Taxis on Wakefield Road, Waterloo, on Tuesday, February 3.

But the mystery deepened when police revealed they thought he had been dead for only two weeks.

His mother, Pauline, and sister, Ella, made repeated pleas for help to trace James while he was missing. There was no response.

James had suffered a badly fractured spine and his injuries could be consistent with a fall from higher land down a rocky banking behind the taxi office.

A police spokeswoman said: "We hope to have the results early next week which may show what happened and why James was found where he was."
