A 38-YEAR-OLD man killed himself shortly after he was released from prison.
Jason William Reynolds took a cock-tail of morphine and cocaine when he took his own life on June 14.
An inquest into his death at Huddersfield Coroner’s Court yesterday confirmed he was found dead by police at his flat on Sunnyview Crescent, Deighton, after leaving letters to his mum, Yvonne Hacking, and sister Carla Kenyon.
A post mortem found morphine and cocaine in his blood, three times higher than a fatal dose.
Coroner Roger Whit-taker said: “The syringe contained mor-phine and cocaine which leads me to believe they were administered together. There are no suspi-cious circumstances to his death. Mr Reynolds took his own life while the balance of mind was disturbed.”
