A woman appeared in court accused of letting her dog attack two people.
Anna Dudek, of Whitacre Close, Deighton, is charged with having a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place causing the injury of two individuals. The 28-year-old is also accused of allowing her pet to enter a private place at the same address on Whitacre Close.
Dudek denies the charges and has elected for crown court trial. The case was adjourned so a Polish interpreter could be arranged. Dudek will next appear before Huddersfield magistrates on October 4. Unconditional bail was granted.
