A COURT case involving a Huddersfield company offering to source council tax cuts has been delayed.
A judge was today expected to sentence Jack Darrell Henry, who ran companies in Huddersfield.
They included a firm called Council Tax Review, which was paid thousands of pounds to submit applications for council tax re-valuations.
He pleaded guilty last month to a series of fraud offences.
Henry, 45, of Dewsbury, was due to appear at Bradford Crown Court but the hearing was adjourned because a barrister was busy with another trial.
No date has been set for a new hearing.
