A TAKEAWAY delivery man had his car stolen.
He had been called to a house in White Rose Avenue, Dalton, at 12.45am yesterday but found no-one at the house.
As he returned to his car a man grabbed him from behind.
A second man joined in the attack, jumping into the driving seat of the Toyota Starlet and driving away.
The first man then ran off.
Police said the car was found abandoned in Barnsley.
They are hunting two white men, both in their mid-20s and both of stocky build.
