A DEVELOPER wants to build more than 100 homes in Huddersfield.

Hartley Quality Homes has asked Kirklees Council for permission to construct 132 houses on five plots of land off Crossley Lane in Dalton.

The developer wants to build 24 two-bedroom, 66 three-bedroom and 42 four-bedroom homes on the 5.4 hectare site.

There would be 234 parking spaces at the development.

The council’s Huddersfield Planning Sub-committee will decide on the proposal.
