YOUNG photographers who took part in a voluntary project are to hold an exhibition of their snaps at Huddersfield University next year.
The exposition will feature the black and white pictures from 20 students of two photography summer schools held in this and last year.
The voluntary courses, held at Turnbridge’s Winding Rooms Studio, aimed to teach youngsters, aged between 12 and 18, the scope of black and white analogue photography.
The exhibition will include photos from 2006’s What Makes Me Me course and this year’s Isolation and Togetherness themes.
Course co-ordinator Brett Fletcher said: “It teaches youngsters to look at the world in a different perspective. Some of the images are incredibly striking and we are delighted with the results.
“We’re very much looking forward to the exhibition. It will be a real boost for the young people.”
