AN evil father raped his own daughters – making two of them pregnant.

Now the man who fathered a child by his own 13-year-old daughter has been jailed for abusing the youngster and her two sisters.

The teenager gave birth last summer prompting a police inquiry into the paternity of the baby.

And a court heard yesterday that DNA tests established that the 50-year-old was the father.

The man, who has lived at addresses in Dewsbury and Bradford at the time of the offences, yesterday pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual activity with a child family member in relation to the 13-year-old and also admitted raping his two other daughters.

Prosecutor Matthew Bean told Bradford Crown Court that one of the other daughters also became pregnant, but she suffered a miscarriage.

“She believes that her father was the father of that child,” said Mr Bean.

The court heard that the man, who cannot be named to protect the identities of the children, began raping his eldest daughter while they were living at a house in Dewsbury.

Mr Bean described how on one occasion the father raped the girl in his car while he was taking her to school.

The man raped her again while they were living in Bradford before he began abusing his youngest daughter. He raped that child after going into her bedroom while she was playing on a computer games console.

The man had been due to stand trial yesterday, but when the charges were formally put to him for the first time he admitted raping two of the girls and the allegation of sexual activity in relation to the daughter who gave birth.

Jailing the defendant for 12 years Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC said the man’s guilty pleas had spared his daughters the further appalling trauma of giving evidence in court.

“You have pleaded guilty knowing that the court must impose a significant and condign sentence,” the judge told him.

“Most if not all of the aggravating features are here present. Significant breach of trust. Abuse of all your female children, all of whom are particularly vulnerable.”

Judge Durham Hall also imposed an indefinite sexual offences prevention order on the defendant and said he would be required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.
