IT has the “greenest” of credentials.
Children and staff at Doodles after school club in Almondbury are enjoying the smells and sounds of a real log cabin after moving into new “eco-friendly” premises.
Last summer the after school club based in the grounds of Almondbury CE Infant and Nursery School at Longcroft applied to planners to site the “high quality” mobile premises made from sustainable Arctic pine.
And the club which provides care for children aged three to 12 in the form of breakfast and after school clubs and a holiday playscheme, has now happily settled into its new home.
Manager Becki Zaffino said: “The children have been thrilled with the move and are enjoying their new environment.”
