RECRUITMENT days are bring organised to encourage people to become nurses.
The Wakefield-based Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is staging a series of recruitment events this month.
The Trust runs hospitals in Dewsbury, Pontefract, Castleford and two in Wakefield.
Advice, guidance and information on career options, qualifications and training will be given at the recruitment days.
There will also be an opportunity to visit some of the wards and hear about a `typical day in the life of a nurse'.
Assistant director of nursing Diane Wake said: "The open days provide The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust with an occasion to showcase the wide range of opportunities available for registered and non-registered nurses on all our hospital sites.
"Support from senior members of staff ensures we are able to provide up-to-date information on vacancies as well as the benefits available for members of staff who want to join the Trust.
"We are keen to be the employer of choice within West Yorkshire."
