A WOMAN was badly hurt in a crash on the M62.
She suffered serious head injuries after her car was involved in a smash with a lorry and ended up overturned in a gully at 7.15am today.
The accident happened on the eastbound carriageway, close to Stott Hall Farm near Junction 22 at Ripponden.
Paramedics found the 48-year-old Lancashire woman inside the Renault Megane. She was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary where she was said to be seriously ill.
