A MOTORIST accused of driving carelessly with a flashing blue light on top of his car has appeared before Huddersfield magistrates. .
Richard Brook, 24, of Whingrove Avenue, Linthwaite, is charged with careless driving and using a vehicle fitted with a blue warning light.
Brook, who denies the charges, will appear at Huddersfield Magistrates Court on March 19.
