POLICE have hailed the closure of a crack house in Bradford as a victory for the local community.
Officers using new powers sealed off the property, which had been a magnet for drug addicts and dealers, in the White Abbey area of the city two months ago.
The force said residents had already noticed a "marked improvement" in the neighbourhood and warned that they were prepared to use the powers to close more drug dens in the city.
