THE court case against a teenager accused of drugs possession has been dropped.
Gabriella Attidore, of Holme Park Court in Berry Brow, was due before Kirklees magistrates yesterday.
She was charged with possession of cannabis in Kirkburton on January 24.
Prosecutor Alex Bosman asked the Huddersfield bench to withdraw the case.
He said that police had issued the 19-year-old with a caution instead.
