A MAN accused of committing motor vehicle insurance fraud will appear in court next week.
Mohammed Younas, 64, of Mountjoy Road, Edgerton, is said to have committed the offence on December 28.
He was not required to appear in court yesterday and Huddersfield magistrates agreed to adjourn the case until June 13, when his solicitor Rashid Majid said a Punjabi interpreter will be required.
Younas was granted unconditional bail.
