AN ELDERLY woman had her bag snatched as she walked home. The 80-year-old was in a ginnel off Rectory Drive in Kirkheaton when a man ran past and grabbed the floral patterned bag. It had a purse with some cash and a travel pass inside. The victim was shaken but unhurt. The thief was white, in his late teens and about 6ft tall.
