EMBRACE are to headline a huge charity concert.

The band, who are behind England's World Cup song, will join a star-studded line up for the Prince's Trust Tower of London concert.

The "Prince of Darkness", Ozzy Osbourne, and rock band McFly have also been signed up to play at the London concert on May 20.

The stars will join the Prince of Wales, Prince William and Prince Harry and the Duchess of Cornwall, to celebrate the charity's 30th anniversary.

Bee Gees Barry and Robin Gibb, Pink, Annie Lennox, the Sugababes, Lionel Richie and Ronan Keating have already been announced as performers at the concert.

Indie band Embrace, featuring Brighouse brothers Danny and Richard McNamara, will sing their first live rendition of the official England World Cup anthem, World At Your Feet, at the event.

Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy, 57, who sang at Buckingham Palace for the Queen's Golden Jubilee, said: "I have met lots of young people helped by the Prince's Trust and been inspired by all of them.

"The Prince's Trust's 30th birthday concert will raise awareness of the problems facing over a million young people in the UK and I am proud to help make a difference."

The show will also be screened live on ITV1 and presented by Cat Deeley, Ben Elton, Vernon Kay, Patrick Kielty and Kate Thornton.

The highlight of the TV event will see Ant and Dec interviewing the Prince of Wales, Prince William and Prince Harry together.

Fans at home will be able to watch some of the show in 3D through special glasses which go on sale from Saturday.

TV viewers will be asked to pledge money to the charity, which helps disadvantaged young people in the UK, by phoning into the ITV studios.

On the day after the concert, an auction at David and Victoria Beckham's World Cup party will raise money for The Prince's Trust, as well as Unicef, and David and Victoria's own children's charity.

ITV1 will go behind the scenes at the star-studded fundraising event, and broadcast the auction on May 28.

Fans have been entering a text message competition, which closes on Sunday , to win 1,000 pairs of tickets to the Tower of London concert.

The concert, which will raise funds for the Prince's Trust, follows the scrapping of the Trust's annual Party in the Park event.

The competition asks participants to answer the following question: Who does the Prince's Trust support? A. Elderly People, B. Young People C. Babies. Entrants aged 16 and over must text TRUST followed by A, B or C to 83456.
