EXTRAS are needed for a film shoot in West Yorkshire.
The makers of The King’s Speech starring Colin Firth in the lead role are holding open casting for men and women next Saturday and Sunday at the Bradford Bulls Stadium on Rooley Avenue in Queensbury, between 9am and 6pm.
The movie is a chronicle of King George VI’s effort to overcome his nervous stammer with the assistance of speech therapist Lionel Logue.
Those chosen must be available for filming in Bradford on December 16 and 17 for a large crowd scene set in 1925.
They must also be available for costume fitting at the Bradford Bulls Stadium on one day between December 8 and 11 and be prepared to have their hair cut in a period style.
All extras will be paid for their work.
