THE daughter of the Yorkshire Ripper's first victim is set to sue her brother for writing a book about the family's experience.

She say he has invaded her privacy.

Donna McCann, 33, said her family had been ripped apart because of her brother, Richard McCann, publishing a book about his `lost childhood' after their mother was brutally killed by Ripper Peter Sutcliffe at the start of his killing spree.

Ms McCann says he is cashing in on the murder of their mother, Wilma, and has resurrected the pain and anguish the family have spent years trying to put behind them.

She is considering taking legal advice over the book, Just A Boy - The True Story Of A Stolen Childhood, saying it is an infringement of her privacy.
