A FARTOWN man has appeared in court accused of committing a sexual assault.
Robert Leimsider, 41, of Pollard Street, appeared at Kirklees Magistrates Court, Huddersfield, charged with sexual assault at an address in Crosland Moor.
He is also charged with actual bodily harm at the same property on January 30. The case was sent to Leeds Crown Court and will next be heard on Thursday, August 30.
