Ryan Binney, of Abbey Road, appeared before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday.
He is accused of assaulting Anna Bokowski and Muhser Mohammed on September 3. Binney, 20, appeared in custody after failing to show up for court previously. His solicitor Bob Carr said that he did not receive the court summons as it was sent to his previous address. Magistrates agreed to grant Binney unconditional bail. He will next appear before the court on January 17.
