Geoffrey Chisem vanished after discharging himself from Dewsbury District Hospital at 6.30pm on Monday, December 11. He comes from Bradley Mills and has been missing before - but police are getting increasingly anxious the longer he is gone.

He is on medication and does not appear to have taken any with him.

Mr Chisem is white, 5ft 8ins and slim with short grey hair. He was wearing a black and white tweed jacket, grey or brown trousers and black shoes.

He was also carrying two briefcases when last seen.
