THE number of people making official complaints against Kirklees Council has fallen sharply.
A drop of more than 20% was recorded last year, according to new figures.
The annual report of the Local Government Ombudsman reveals that 84 complaints were received last year.
The total is 25 fewer than the previous year.
In Calderdale, the number of complaints rose from 42 to 48.
