A bus company is assessing damage to one of its vehicles after a crash in Huddersfield.
The vehicle was damaged in a collision with a car in Lowergate, Paddock, on Saturday afternoon.
A First UK Bus spokesman said: “The bus operating service 302 to Golcar was hit by a car travelling around the corner on Lowergate. There were nine people on board, two of whom reported injuries to the driver and required medical assistance.

“The team put in place a diversion for the 301/3012 operating via Manchester Road. The bus damage is being assessed and in the meantime we’ve put in place a replacement vehicle so our service levels are maintained for customers.”
