A FIVE-STOREY flats complex is set to rise in Brighouse.
Developers say The Links will become a familiar landmark, because of its site at the junction of Halifax Road and Ludenscheid Way.
Buyers were already showing strong interest, said the Prestigious Living Group.
The fifth floor will be taken up by two large penthouse suites, offering as much space as some three-bedroom houses, says the company.
Geoff Dickens, managing director of Prestigious Living, said he was delighted with the way in which The Links had been received by would-be buyers.
