DAREDEVILS are being urged to take part zip-slide challenge for leukaemia charity the Anthony Nolan Trust.
The charity is holding a zip-slide event at Baitings Dam, near Ripponden, on April 14.
People taking part will fly through the air attached to a zip wire from a height of 200ft.
The event was held at the dam last year, when 150 people took part to raise £23,000 for the charity, which runs a register of people willing to give their bone marrow if it is needed by a leukaemia patient.
Jenny Lewis, the charity's area manager, said: "This is a really fantastic event. I did it last year and it was thrilling."
Training and equipment are provided on the day.
Everyone who takes part needs to pay £10 registration and is asked to try and raise £100 in sponsorship.
