THIRTY students at Honley High School got a taste of what life is like for crime scene investigators.

They got practical experience as a culmination of Science Week at the school.

The students had visited Huddersfield Police Station and 14 of them had the opportunity to learn a little about the work of the Scenes of Crime department. Glyn Jones, scenes of crime officer, and Pc Judith Ford then visited the school to allow students the opportunity to experience some practical forensic activities.
