A FORMER clinic has been put on the market.

The Ellen Royd Clinic in Elland, pictured, closed last year with the hospital trust relocating district nursing, chiropody and audiology.

Calderdale Council own the building on Westgate and have listed it for sale for £250,000.

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust was paying rent of £2,975 per month for the building.
